Tulum Township

 

A beautiful place to go to Tulum Township. It has a nice colorful atmosphere. It feels latin there. I saw a painting of Frida Kahlo, the famous female Mexican painter. Nic went there in her new clothes. The hair and top are in the Fifty Linden Friday Sale at the moment. The cigarette was sold last week in the Fifty Linden Friday sale. Blueberry has their anniversary and because of that 3 days sale in the shop and group members get 300ld store credits. I bought these ankle booties with the credits. A fatpack. In the pack are also strap shoes. The pants I bought with the store credits of Belle Epoque. Told you about it in the post before this one. I am wearing a group gift skin from Dernier in porcelain. happy 13th birthday Fifty Linden Friday

Fifty Linden Friday 13th birthday! FLF is one of those good sales that started long ago. I am always eager to know what will be in the sale. Already more than 15 years in Second Life I am and bought many good items at the Fifty Linden Friday sale. for a garden party

The clock is ticking away the last minutes of the year. New Year's Eve tomorrow. That means shopping some presents for family and champagne and delicious small bites to go with it. In Holland we traditionally eat "oliebollen"( fried dough with currants  and raisins) and apple fritters with on top of it snow sugar.

double eleven, singles day shopping

Double eleven is Singles Day shopping day in China. Did you hear about that? Half a billion shoppers are expected to participate in Singles Day 2019. It started as a day for singles to pamper themselves, because couples have their Valentines day. Now everyone participates there. Huge sales that day. It's like Black Friday in the USA. The Chinese web store Alibaba had a record turn over of 84 billion yuan in the first hour of Singes Day. That is 20,5 billion euro's. Unbelievable! I understand that people like sales. But this large amount of money being spent, that makes me also ashamed. How about all those who are suffering and have nothing at all to spend? No balance in the world!
Inspired by Double Eleven however Nic went shopping. So i could use it as a theme to write about.

Nic succeeded as you can see. Shopping bags, sweets, a shopping cart full with drinks and food. Bags on the ground. I hope she can get it all i the motor car tuktuk. Bad habit our shopping behavior.

Nic is wearing a set from amias. The skirt and sweater come with a color hud. The skirt is also very useful for combining with other tops. It was a release at Tres Chic, now in the main shop.
Nic is wearing hair from Mina. You can find the hair at FaMESHed X. It comes with a blindfold. But as you can see, you can wear the hair without the blindfold too.
Nic's boots, yes these shoes with legwarmers you can change into long boots with a hud, are from Mosquito's Way. Many colors in the hud too. See vendor picture below.

About Tentacio ( from the food basket and sweet box) i can tell you that old gacha's are for sale price in the shop. full sets 299ld. And there are nice lucky boards. No group needed.

Stay in bed because it is a day to pamper yourself with being lazy and eating cookies and then getting sick. Or is it because she feels sick and afterwards feeling better and then pampers herself with cookies. Both possible. But she is a stylish sexy sick girl in her lingerie from *SK*!

The lingerie is available in many colors at the Kinky event. It was difficult to choose the color for all are beautiful. If i had known in advance that i would win a green ice bag for her head , i would have chosen the green lingerie. But already bought the blue socks and made some pictures. The socks are from Apple May Designs. In the shop you can find many colors. Skin used is Aqua from 7 Deadly s[K]ins. The ice bag is from the gacha at Sari-Sari. The designer of that shop makes such cute gacha's.
The poses used are from FOXCITY, available at C88.  The old memories photos in the basket, the scale with books, leaves trophy and the sideboard are available at The Liaison Collaborative. Started Jan 5th. All pieces are sold individually and as a set.

The bed i made with the blankets and pillows from an old gacha from DRD. I made a pallet bed with old white wood. Cookies in the box and the silk pajamas are from the December gacha from dust bunny. On the side table and behind Nic on the bed you can see a cute Buddha, a gift at *Fapple.
From Salacity are the mushroom lamps ( the Christmas groupgift) and the leather chair ( at Ultra till jan 10th). PG and adult versions have 2 versions of wood (light and dark) and 5 different colors of leather. Exclusive static poses by Image Essentials, custom-made for Sotto! 6 solo poses (both versions) and 4 couples (adult version).

Is she a wall flower or is she watching falling stars? Doing a wish? Or thinking about the star she was and then she was falling down. Or was it just the opposite was he the star and after all he was falling down?
Whatever it is or was, Nic is wearing a sexy outfit with a transparent back side. In the package also a no transparent backside. She will certainly not be a wall flower in this skirt and top from :::UNA::. The sets are available at the  Kinky Fair. More colors in the fat pack.

Aqua...water ... i love the waterside.... good place to let your thoughts go. The rhythmic sound of waves breaking on the shore has a calming effect. Nic is in a contemplative mood. Friends on vacation far away but in thoughts nearby. See far behind Nic in the distance the Fish Shack from DRD, that i blogged about here.
Today another happy dance for me. I was invited to join the 7 Deadly s[K]ins group.
I was in contact with the manager of the 7 Deadly s[K]ins about the skin Aqua that Nic is now wearing and then she asked if i would like to join the bloggers group. I was totally surprised.

The skin Aqua is out at Mermaid Cove this month and i like the one with the freckles. The skin has omega appliers and comes in many skin tones,with and without eyebrows. Nic is wearing the skin tone marshmellow. The hair is the new released hair from Truth at Uber. Ups i bought again something at Uber this month. The hair comes of course with a styling hud. The necklace is the WOH gift from amias. Many shops are in that hunt and i already gathered nice presents. Watch here for the participating shops and hints. The grid wide hunt officially started August 4th. Search a coconut.

the garden... a home for my animal

On the TLC flickr group i saw a decorating contest called: " a home for my animal". "Let's give it a try", i thought. Take a photo which clearly shows your favorite TLC animal and it's new future home. is the contest assignment. I chose the turtle from TLC and the sunflower garden from TLC where they can use a pile of leaves, near the water trough, to  shelter and sleep. I didn't want them in a wooden loft  or a cage. They can have their freedom in this garden. It's a warm sunny day the garden is full of birds. They come for the sunflower seeds and the water. The wooden spade is from TLC, a group gift.
Nic is dressed in a new free top from FashioNatic and her skirt from erratic. The top has a hud for many colors and patterns. You can change the left and the right side of the top and the belt. The hair with a band is a good one for in the garden. It's the new group gift from no.match. Her nails are a gift for the teleport hud group at Cazimi. The coffee tumbler is a gift from .little fox. The tumbler comes with a hud for several black patterns. Nic is still wearing her Ashmoot shoes and the necklace from CODEX from yesterday.

A release from last december, too cold then to wear on sims with snow or ice. Now it's the time for such dresses. A sort of shirt dress with ruffles on the sleeves. New to show you is the necklace from Meva. A release at the Blush Event that started yesterday. The necklace comes also with a collar. Many possibilities to wear and possibilities to choose colors. It was a must have for me because of the collar of the dress. The dress asked for this necklace ;) The sitting pose is from Foxcity. In a corner of the farmhose from dust.bunny i made a bit a fall time room. With some autumn- and halloween accents. Irish melancholy

Too soon we get old .. too late we get smart. Is she thinking about that in melancholy?

In every color this dress from ::UNA:: is so beautiful. But with this ginger hair color i had to choose the green one. You can find the dress at the june round from We <3 Roleplay (till end of June). At the event you can buy the colors: sky, white, pink, yellow, fuchsia apart. The green one is in the fatpack with 12 colors. Belts in silver, copper and gold.
Nic is standing in a huge rustic gazebo from DRD. It's the place where you arrive when you go wander at the sim Gates of Melancholy.
The hair is from Alice Project, a gift at SL14B. Three sorts of hairs you get from Alice Project. Two long hairs and one short. All beatiful and with a mini medley color hud
The SL14B event is at 3 sims. Took me some time to get all the presents because of the lag.
