I've noticed so many designers put out great hair for free or very cheap at the moment and decided to make a little list for you all. Here goes:

Heartsick for Halloween

Heartsick is having a Spooky Halloween Hunt running today through November 5th with everything you need to be wicked.  13 little ghosts to find in and outside the shop.  Hair, clothes, boots and of course skins at Heartsick.  Happy Hunting!

Tea Hunt

I'm not much of a hunter, mostly I cherry-pick Karina's finds, but since she will be away for a little while, I had no help whatsoever on this hunt. But thankfully it's held on a very small sim, where you can find all 22 gifts! With a bit of camera action (and a nifty area search tool) I managed just fine. Mosts gifts are 1l, a few are free.

Gawd please look at these R2 boots. So nicely made. Have no clue what to wear them with, but they're just too irresistible not to grab.





Then the sim! Wow I loved it a lot. A charming tea house in a calm environment. I tried to make a few pictures, but really they don't do the sim justice. If you don't like hunting, you might want to check just for the beauty of the sim.

Stumble into fall

And then it's fall... sigh. I do love autumn. And dressing warmer for those chillier days.

I feel just a little sorry for those who have missed last 50 l friday's offering from Surf Couture. But I'm sure the lovely Corriedale Coat will be released at full price in a ton of colors very soon.

Things you are not too late for are my hair and skin! The hair with hat is the latest release from Posh, currently available for only 75l as a Project Themeory offering and my skin is Dernier Cri's Stumblebum item, only 350l. This look fell together just perfectly. Sometimes, its just one of those days...

Guess I'm in a pink mood today

e! Eclectic Apparel and Accessories released a few new items of which I especially like the Desi Sweater dresses. Very nice soft tones and fabrics and a perfect fit. I'm only a bit bummed theres only a sheer version included, because this makes layering a little difficult. See how my pants shine through? But there's leggings included which do look great with the sweater.

Another favorite item of mine is Mother Goose's Hena skin, Mother Goose's has been releasing the most beautiful faces ever, very natural and fresh looking. The eyes even have a little bit of bags beneath them, very real looking. The lips are soft and kissable. Only the body is a bit plain, but the face makes up for that real good.

Inaya new releases

My friend Sparkles is not only much fun to take pictures with, she's also just as big a skinhoarder as me :) I was planning on doing this post, she saw me wearing a skin from Inaya and she immediately run off to get her own. I must say, she rocks the Iveenka face, it fits her perfectly. I'm wearing my personal favorite Jasmyn.

Inaya released a whole bunch of new faces, shown above. What I love a lot about these skins is the variety in ethnicity they show. Whatever you prefer, Inaya very likely has the face you look for. In the compilation below the same shape is worn in every picture, you can see how different every single face is.



TayLlia is a gorgeous blonde with a lovely buttoned nose and lush lips. Aaely is a sensuous self-assured woman with a sexy mole above her upper lip. Iveenka is perky and sensual with very full lips, but a little "worried" eyebrows. Nahele is a young sweet but confident girl. Jasmyne is a fairskinned redhead, she combines the freshness of youth with an elegant maturity (well hey, its my personal fave).

All skins are sold in natural make up only, but with three lip versions (natural, glossy and red). In the center of the store you can choose amongst 61 eye make up tattoo layers.

Altho I'm very enthusiastic about the faces, the bodies on these skins are not my favorite. I'm assuming every face has a body based on the same template, because there are a lot of similarities. Tho some bodies do have their own features, such as nipples. I spotted a seem along the sides on most of them and I find the spine and ribs a bit too obvious and pronounced. The knees are a little bland. Also on the Iveenka skin the nips are just off. Aaely on the other hand has dimples above the butt which are a very nice addition. And on another positive note the skintones are very nice, not too shiny or greyish. This is a very critical view I must admit, most things I mention probably wouldn't be noticed rightaway, or cared for much, they are that minor.

In any way, I would suggest you go grab a demo, because the skins are truly worth a visit to the mainstore.
