The clock is ticking away the last minutes of the year. New Year's Eve tomorrow. That means shopping some presents for family and champagne and delicious small bites to go with it. In Holland we traditionally eat "oliebollen"( fried dough with currants  and raisins) and apple fritters with on top of it snow sugar.
