midnight in the skybox

Here you can see Nic in the "midnight" skybox of Onsu. A subscriber gift till the 7th of October. When I heard about this super gift I was thinking back to some years ago. We also got a super skybox then from Onsu. I couldn't wait to go and get the skybox. It is really a good one again. You get a hud with six backgrounds.

I went for some Uber furniture presents. The black loveseat I found at Di' Cor. And I got a lounger at BAZAR. But that is more for a beach, garden  or a balcony. At a.n.c.Ltd Nic got her delicious chocolate fudge dive bar. You get it as a mouth attachment but with a bit of creativity you can make a hold version.

It is important to tell you that you can join the group Nuve without a group membership fee. In the group you will get 75ld store credits weekly.  Reward terminal is at the reception desk (tablet on the desk).Terminal resets every Monday. Many gifts you can grab already. One of them is the skin that I am wearing. You also get the body skins in all tones. I am wearing skin tone porcelain. Scrolling through all the free hairs at the fab free blog I found this hair of Tableau Vivant. Stylish hair to go with the dress that I bought some time ago. The dress comes with the leg harness. The Bibi shoes of N-Core I think are a very good match. I love the necklace with the Tree of Life.

She is showing you the newly released set of Adorsy at the Cosmopolitan's Sales Room. Uhm yes i know totally not free and a fatpack.... well you know that is quite expensive. relaxing in Paris

Not bad such a morning at a square in Paris with her coffee and a  donut.

In a hurry i am to tell you about the 500ld credits because of Mothersday at the Beauty Factory Store. THE GROUP IS NOW FREE TO JOIN. YOU HAVE TO SPEND THE MOTHERSDAY CREDITS TODAY! I hope you can enter the shop. I went to the flickr page of the shop to see what i wanted to buy. Then in the shop with area search i could see, where those clothes were and i could take demo's. In the shop i could try the demo's. Oh and for lesser lag, i used "show friends only" ( find it under world at the top of your screen, if you use the firestorm viewer). Then i made my choice. I bought the top and the jeans. I was in the mood for a bit sexy street wear style. Hope you can use the tips.

The booties of UTOPIA are a gift at the FaMESHed anniversary (the gifts are 50 or 75ld) You can recolor several parts of the shoes with an easy color hud. The rings of [ kunst ] are also a gift at FaMESHed. The sprinkler coffee mug is a present at the Anthem event. Comes with a color hud and with several coffee cream patterns.

it hurts

The loss of a beloved person hurts. Although you know there isn't a way back to a good life and the relief of pain is what you wished for the beloved one, the missing is hurting deeply. Many people in the world lose beloved ones at the moment. So many people with pain and worries!
The loss of a cat or a dog can also hurt badly. They were good companions sometimes many years. Easy to go with. Always happy when you were near. No big problems. Just some ruined chairs or a ruined sofa or much more. But when you love your pet all those ruined items aren't important. It's the joy and happiness they give you that counts.
Why i tell you this? I lost a very sweet friend of mine some days ago. And a friend of mine lost her cat. This blog post is for her, because i know how it hurts.

Nic is sitting on her porch of her cottage surrounded by cats. It's a "Stay at Home"gift from Trompe Loeil. Yes! again a super gift from that shop. You also get the loungers behind Nic in two sorts of colors. Other "Stay at Home " gifts are the ladder with the photo frame, the Belgian beer crate, the fluffy squirrel and the candy coated apples.
Nic is sitting at the patio chair of a patio set from The Green Door. Available at the Last Chance Event. Starting May 5th. The sets will be 50% off at the event. You can choose several color sets. Comes with the fire pit.
Near Nic for washing her hands, you can see the basin and stool from DJ/SF available at Uber. DJ/SF is guest designer at Uber. They collaborated with Serenity Style. Serenity Style made a vintage towel shelf.
Nic is wearing a new group gift dress from Hilly Haalan. The booties and Nic's hair are gifts at the Dubai event. Nic is wearing the same skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins as in the post before this one.

Nic's Tokyo puffer jacket from Tetra is available at this round of the Collabor 88. In every pack is also a vinyl version. You can color the inner side and the zipper. The skin is the same as in the blog post before this one.

houseboat (RFL Home & Garden Expo)

🏃

After sport it's relax time in her new houseboat. In Holland we have many houseboats in the canals of the cities. Often people have a little garden at the quay side of the boat. I loved it to decorate this houseboat from Needful Prims.

Nic is showing you one corner of the house boat. More will follow. I decorated the house boat with several items from the RFL Home&Garden and Breedable Expo, that is running at the moment.
The chairs in the corner are sectional elements from the Dictator shop. You can buy them in curves or strait sets with and without back parts and a love seat ( the one behind Nic). I used one of the elements as a coffee table. For conference settings you can make a circle with them. At the back is a button. Click there and you can choose many textures. Really cool ones.
From [ Park Place] you can see the fireplace with accessories and the frames above the fireplace, the book with apple, the copper plate, the table lamps and the gentle love decor and the leafy table plant. The brown glass candles are from lumino. Outside flowers from NS Soaring lark . Nic is drinking  cinnamon coffee with cream. All parts of a November tray decor set from Foxwood that i unlinked.
The golden heart decor under glass is from MADRAS available at Equal 10 in several colors. Very high quality as usual from that shop.

Nic's outfit is a 10ld outfit from **Ansen** at marketplace. comes with grey booties. The shop has more gifts at marketplace.
Nic is wearing again the skin Serilda from 7 Deadly s[K]ins at the eBENTO event. Hair from Truth. Yoga bag from Zenith

"though lovers be lost love shall not;

"break in the sun till the sun breaks down,

(Dylan Thomas)

A super cracked skin, her dress and cape in ghost white, ghosts, skulls, potion, bloody boots, a piano and flying music sheets, strange skulls, old books, a case of morphine in her hand and of course the well know wheel chair patient all elements for an uneasy, uncomfortable ambiance.
She will take care of the patient as a nurse. May be a bit a problem with her cataract eyes.

I like this cracked skin so much! Its a special from 7 Deadly s[K]ins at the Dark Style Fair. Nic's dress with cape is not a nurse uniform, but it will be now. I like the cataract eyes, available at The Season's Story. Her shoes with blood spatters are a gift from Momento at Kustom 9. I love the backdrop of Varonis, also a gift at Kustom 9. In the scene you can see ghosts from unKindness. You can find all sorts of ghosts in their gacha at the Epiphany Event. The skulls in jars and without jars  and the case of Morphine in Nic's hand are gifts of [ContraptioN]. The rose in jar is a gift of Ariskea at Kustom 9.

No message or a secret message written with lemon juice? A message written with lemon juice. She can see it if she holds the letter above the flame of a candle. All kids learn this. I think Nic knows the message. You can see her smile. And when someone looks at these pictures, i hope that person will see Nic's  hidden message as well.

Nic is also smiling because of her new clothes. I am a big fan of clothes from RKKN. The clothes have super textures and the style i like very much. Nic is wearing hair from Doux. You can also wear the hair to the front. Buy the hair and also the deLuxe hud and you have all the styling possibilities.
The shoes (blogged before) are a gift at VERSOV.

I am also a fan of Nutmeg. The furniture and decor shop opposite the RKKN shop. The items also have super quality. Expensive to buy, but because i love it so much i decided to buy. The vases and the plate with pink branch are from Nutmeg. at Shiny Shabby.
The shed is from Serenity Style. Useful on a beach as a shelter against rain or storm. I made the shelter comfortable with items from Unkindness at Uber. There is much more from unKindness at Uber for example also a nice bed and mirrors. I couldn't use all because the shed isn't very large. I used the rumpled rug, two art works, the round side table (recolored that one a bit), and the  storage bench. The storage bench is good as a sort of day bed.
The round bistro table and chairs with the newspaper and coffee are from CHEZ MOI . Comes with a good hud with many colors for the metals and the cushions. From Kalopsia i used the macrame curtain on the wall as decoration and the macrame lamp. Look for the other decor items in the credits below.

my refuge

It's good to have a place that is your refuge. It can be a home. But you also can find refuge with a person who understands you totally. Someone who loves you without restrictions. That makes you happy. "Give all your pain and anxiety away" he said. Say to yourself "i don't want the bad things anymore". Ask and belief in it. And you will experience the difference. It worked.
Thanks you for giving me refuge.

Nic is sitting in her refuge from Serenity Style, available at Uber.
The set contains the bed with the stairs and the items on the chairs, backside of a frame with lights behind the bed. I dragged the bed more to the entrance of the refuge and i used the bed part to make a larger platform. You can unlink and use parts. Or edit linked parts and drag them elsewhere.
