A new round of Sense is running. Again nice new items to show you. The loss of a beloved person hurts. Although you know there isn't a way back to a good life and the relief of pain is what you wished for the beloved one, the missing is hurting deeply. Many people in the world lose beloved ones at the moment. So many people with pain and worries!
The loss of a cat or a dog can also hurt badly. They were good companions sometimes many years. Easy to go with. Always happy when you were near. No big problems. Just some ruined chairs or a ruined sofa or much more. But when you love your pet all those ruined items aren't important. It's the joy and happiness they give you that counts.
Why i tell you this? I lost a very sweet friend of mine some days ago. And a friend of mine lost her cat. This blog post is for her, because i know how it hurts.

Still in reptile mood she is. Nic is admiring her bearded dragons in this fantastic terrarium (LI 34). You can change the background and the ground and the color of the lizard. One is walking through the terrarium  in such a natural way. Top design again from [Rezz Room]. I pictured the lizard at several moments so you could see what he does. A terrarium or an aquarium i link to the 50th or 60th. The furniture i used for this nook is mid century furniture from FaceDesk at Sense.
The delicious cheese cake with the plates is a free full set from andika. Comes with a dispenser. Click the cake and you get a piece and fork in your hands.
The LOOK event started 24th of March. At the event you can buy the snake tattoo for on your back. To show the tattoo well, i went to Maitreya to buy this silk top. Available in several colors. The pants are from Evie. It's a gorgeous group gift. Group join is free.

There is peace and tranquility that can be found in the country. But peace and tranquility can also be found in your heart. I wish it could be so for many people who are suffering.

I love to show you the dove cote from Serenity Style. It's the exclusive for the new round of Man Cave. A rustic dovecote with 4 static doves in different poses. At the pictures you also can see gardener rabbits from Serenity Style and the Fall in Love set from the same shop. Released in February, now available in the main shop. The Fall in Love set is containing the milk cans with flowers, the hay bale ( with good animations) and the gate.

Help.. December stress soon. No not so much in my rl, but for many peoples in real life. Starts with Thanks Giving and Black Friday, then Christmas. Busy times.
But here also in sl. In sl the month of December is full of presents from the Advent Calendars, group gifts, hunts etc. Lots of work to do for bloggers, who also want to blog free items, like me. And for you too to go everywhere and pick-up and unwrap all.
Nic already pulls her hair in despair and is hanging on the phone with a friend to gather some good cooking recipes.
The room is still in autumn sphere but some Christmas and winter items are also there. The table is ready for visitors. They will get delicious waffles.

The table and the regal sideboard i made a bit darker. The table is a dinner table but for the scene i resized the parts to get this coffee table model. Both items from Salacity. The warm place for the cat, the radiator,  is from Madras.

Enjoying the moment is important. Not living in fear for what will come or with thoughts about was sad or bad in the past. But Nic is a dreamer too ...already looking forward to the nice things that she expects to come.

It's amazing how much free items i got today. There are  so many events running still. The birthday of FaMESHed ( already many days running) and the birthday of Tres Chic and eBento. It's overwhelming. Because of my vacation i was behind with my work for this blog.

From the Sense event Nic is showing you five new release, those are not free, but very lovely: the clothes, the shoes, a necklace, bracelets and the hair. She got several compliments today walking around in this set from SK, the blouse with belt and pants.The shoes from Mosquito's Way have a color hud for several parts of the shoes. You can make your shoes totally fitting to what you are wearing.
The Cottage behind Nic is from unKindness. It's a long cottage. I will use the rooms too for blogging another time. The cottage is new at Uber. Comes with the standing planters, that you can see at the porch. Several color possibilities.
The wheelbarrows are from the gacha of Serenity Style, a release at Man Cave. The red one is the Rare. The outdoor chaises are from Chez Moi ( was released in july 2018). Available in PG and Adult Version. All with many animations. Touch the cushion and pillow for the texture menu.

"Let me overthink this" she says ... and there she goes again.... relaxing with a glass of wine in her underwear. I get strongly the impression that Nic is always is in relax mode or in her lingerie last times on this blog. Reason is that there is so much nice lingerie in sl? Or is she often in a romantic mood? Or is it because it soon will be Valentines day?

Waking up and having breakfast in her new loft. It's her bedroom and her working place. The style is a bit industrial but with a typical touch of a woman.

First i want tell you that i am accepted as a blogger for Shutter Field/Decor Junction. For me it's cool because i loved the items from Shutter Field already many years. I can show you more in the future now.

I gave two cushions on the bed a black color. Those are white cushions in the package. The industrial Bench was a gift for Love to Decorate at Christmas last year. From the neighbor shop Serenity Style at the same sim as the Shutter Field shop are the cute gacha items from the "Don't forget anything" gacha, available at the first round of the A+ Event. Started today. A+ Event is organized by categories, a new concept that the organizers have wanted to implement to make your purchases more comfortable. Each category have a small number of designers, that way you can complement your outfit in the most complete way. From the gacha you see the most items at the left side of the pictures and one on the ground. The super cute RARE item is the rack with the hat ( on the right side of the overview picture hanging at the shelves).

From the Epiphany gacha items from unKindness from the "Living Gold"gacha. You can see the fireplace, the ottomans used as bedside tables, the mirrors above the bed and the golden lamps on the ottomans. At the Epiphany you can find a super gacha from Dahlia. The bread with the heart form egg in the middle and the juice is from that gacha.

I am going to use my witchcraft to influence myself.

This set from Scandalize you can get at the Arcade gacha event. I wanted the black or white Rare dress but after several tries no black or white Rare. It wasn't my lucky day yesterday, although i got the good news that they accepted me as a blogger for the new event that will start in November, called the Boardwalk. I am very happy about it. On the flickr page of the event you can see already some of the designers. So if you are curious watch here.

Back to Nic now. The cat at her arm is a rare item from Scandalize. And the kitten under the blanket is the reward from Scandalize at the event. Problem is that the Arcade is very laggy. You need wait to get the item after you payed and then you can try again. But sometimes i waited and waited and didn't receive it at all.
The hair is from Truth ( Reyane), a group gift hair. At the moment there is also a nice a Halloween fat pack group gift  from Truth, called Batty. It has a hairband with bat wings. You can wear the hairband or put it off. Comes with a color hud.

In her retro modern summer kimono from Silvery K Nic is waiting. The kimono is available at the Japonica Event 2018. In more colors available. Waiting time is easier when you can drink and eat a bit. Hearing the orient lounge fountain gives a fresh impression on this hot summer evening. Nic and her doggie both in black and white. She is showing you her Fifty Linden Friday tucked T-shirt from Tee*fy. Still available on sunday evening. The shirt comes with a bra for under the shirt and a top. I chose the top. With huds you can choose colors and textures for the bra and the top.
Nic's shorts are also from Tee*fy from this brand new round of the Collabor88. Love the side of the shorts with the tassel.
On the chair you see a satchel bag from Orange Pekoe, The wearable demo (1ld) is in brown with other stripes. This is the version for holding in your hand, but there is also a cross body satchel.

The bangs that i used with the Raphael hair from Sintiklia ( an older group gift)  are from the newest group gift from Sintiklia, released at March 30th.

harbour inspection at La Digue du Braek

Inspection round for Nic in the harbour. It's as if she in the harbour of Rotterdam. But it isn't that harbour. See about the place below. Containers everywhere, ships and the smell of oil. Not so healthy. She is outside wearing her gas mask. In the office she is waiting to give her rapport. Drugs or cocaine transport discovered? Did the douane do a good job? For the job she is wearing her overall body suit from Meva, the new groupgift. You get it in this black gold/ or black silver version and a whitegold or white silver version. The top add on is in black or white. Her outfit gives the good working impression and she will also have a stylish look to impress. She has tied her hair a bit together, because it's windy.

I can highly recommend to take a look at this beautiful place: La Digue du Braek. About that sim: Fifty years ago, an industrial program set up a steel and petrochemical complex in western Dunkirk. In order to allow the tankers to deliver oil, was erceted an artificial dam seven kilometers long, the dyke of Braek. The place is from Serene Footman.
