ready for take-off

A quick post, because...yeahhhh .... tomorrow i go for six days to Italy. So that is why Nic is dressed for a flight. Six days no blog posts. I will miss it. But being in Italy is super. Hope to see you back as a loyal follower of this blog.

and the sweet tasting good life is easily found

 

This warm autumn sunlight is giving such a good feeling.With pain in my heart i already say a bit goodbye to summer. Often autumn is grey, wet and dark, but on such warm sunny days autumn is wonderful and the good life easily found.

dream a little dream of me...

A boho skirt, groupgift from Social Vintage. The group has nice groupgifts. I combined it with the top from the lucky boards at SMC. My sandals are also from there. The hat is a groupgift at CentoPallini. Color of the hat and the ribbon is changeable with a menu. Click the hat for the menu.
The hair is a new groupgift from little bones, because they had a renewal of the shop. Comes with a hud for several colors.
The music bag (not free) is from Azoury at the Instruments Event. The Instruments is a monthly event. Opens every first of the first of the month. Make sure you remember to head on down, the items are only going to be there until the 28th!

a preview for the Arcade

Nic is preparing a barbecue for friends. She went to a nice location at Whispering Wind. The barbecue (rare), picknick table(rare), foodplates, lanterns, crocket set (rare), umbrella, curry and ketchup bottles and more you can get at the new Arcade gatcha event. This is all from Pixel Mode with the well-known high quality. I hope for you, you can win the rare items because they are so cute.
Nic wears a set fom Hilly Haalan again. This is the groupgift. Long skirts are very hot at the moment  in rl. The shoes are a gift from Koi Koi. I was diving in my inventory again. Found back some cross necklaces. One from Centro Pallini. I went there and discovered the nice hat. A good one for summer time. Click the hat for color options from the ribbon and the straw.
Nic's hair is a gift from ChiChikie when you go to the facebook page from ChiChikie. Like the page and you get a code. Hit the board in the shop and place the code in the menu. And the hair is yours. The hair has a menu for some color options.

day and night at the sawah

Day and night at the sawah ( wet ricefield). Days when the colors are smaragd green and gold. And the nights when you hear the suling ( indonesian flute) from far away somewhere and the noise of the animals in the night....All so mysterious and mystic.... i am longing to be there now in RL in my beloved Indonesia.

This marvelous place in SL at the Japan Chubu Sim reminds me of this all.

The more smaragd gold glow of CentoPallini jewels, fit to the day sphere and the goldish shine on my silvery gown.

When the nightfalls i wear my diamond jewells, when my dress shines totally silver.

About gowns i am not blogging so much. There are very good blogs about gowns. I prefer the blog of Annough Lykin. She shows many gowns on marvelous pictures. Have a look. Big compliment for her.

The gown is from Sacha's Designs. It is the gown designer Sacha Frangili gives all avatars free because she won the Avi Choice Award Favorite Womens Apparal 2011. More skirt possibilities.
