Inspired by the new Zara collection in rl ( a spanish mark that has shops in Holland and in more countries i guess) i made this look. It is camouflage look with gemstones. And because i knew the new hair at collabor88 from D!va had gemstones too , i picked up that hair ofcourse. As you already know may be, the collabor88 has there first annual anniversary. Theme is Baroque. Have a look there. It is a big round.They invited just about  everyone who took part last year.

I didn't know where to find gemstone camo jackets in sl, so i created it myself. Took a camo shirt  from 10 ld from marketplace and used my gemstone necklace from Ganked. Available on marketplace. But i once got it for free as a groupgift, if i remember it well.
Saw a camo jacket for free at Lunas Boutique on the wall, but couldn't buy it. With that jacket i wanted make the gemstone version as well. Pity i couldn't get it.

The pictures of Nic are made in the same sim as yesterday. It is a very friendly place called Bozzville ( Carolina Beach). It is a family sim. So go there with your child avatars moms and dads. I met the friendly owner  and his cute daughter.

St. Patricks green

Today it is St. Patricks day. The Irish national day. According to some Irish writings, St. Patrick died on March 17, 461 A.D. The anniversary of his death is celebrated as St. Patrick's Day. It's interesting to note that the shamrock clover flowers around that time of year. Saint Patrick had an adventurous life. He was captured by pirates at the age of 16. The Irish pirates brought him to Ireland to tend the flocks of a chieftain in Ulster. Six years of slavery made him a devoted Christian. He brought Christianity to Ireland and taught there for 29 years. He used the shamrock, a 3 leaf clover, (Ireland's national flower) to explain the Blessed Trinity. One of the most popular legends was how he charmed all the snakes of Ireland down to the seashore to be drowned by the water.

On the grid we see in this time many green clothings. Today i will show some St. Patrick green styled outfits. Tomorrow for the Luna Jubilee color challenge blog it will be St. Patricks blue. Never heard of it .. but it exists.

Free Jewelry + Me = ㋡

I'm an accessories fiend in real life.  So I'm totally digging what's been showing up on the grid lately.  When I first started SL (as some other girl)  I didn't know how to modify or edit objects so I resigned myself to only wearing all the system necklaces that were made of jacket layers (ugh).  I've come a long way baby - and so have the designers, it just keeps getting better.

Look At Me!

A lot of bloggers have their "look of the day". Frankly, I'm too lazy to spend a lot of time putting a "look" together and everyone has their own style anyways. However, in that spirit I have a "everything I have on is free - you can get it today" look which is simply free stuff I'm wearing all at the same time. Yay!
