A haiku about a virtual experience:

soft blossom petals
a gentle breeze comes
then they drift away

enjoying this virtual world

At the 17th of April it was Haiku Poetry Day. Strawberry Singh, well-known person in sl, wrote in her blog post "let's do a #SecondLifeChallenge". "Write a haiku poem about your Second Life and share an image of your second life avatar".

A haiku is a poem written in three lines of which the first line 5, the second line 7 and the third line have 5 syllables. It expresses a momentary experience, a thimble full of emotion. 

I am may be too late for the challenge, but i like the idea and here you see the result.

The joy of watching the falling sakura petals we can enjoy in sl every day, thanks to this fantasy world. Falling leaves can also give however a feeling of sadness. Beauty ends. Every time saying goodbye when we go off in sl can also give a feeling of sadness, but we can log in again. 

Nic is delivering sakura arrangements in her vintage box car from Serenity Style. Available in a gacha at the new round of the A+ Event. Start date was April 21. Still running. 

Nic is wearing a free for all skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins, a gift because of Kings day in Holland. You can find the skin at the desk in the main shop. I used lip gloss from Sintiklia, a gift. The earrings you can find as a gift at marketplace. These are free. From the same shop many 1ld items!

The hoodie with bag is from Silvery K at The Seasons Story. Available in six colors and a fat pack. One size only ... made for Maitreya, but Nic is wearing the hoodie with her Belleza body. The bag has a texture change hud. 

The shoes i found between presents at the Good Mix event. There are gifts at many of the booths. Be careful where you click not all presents are 0ld. Some are 10ld. Nic's hair is a relatively new hair from Stealthic. Love always the brown packs.

Foodtruck festivals are popular. Healthy and not so healthy food you can get. Vegetarian or vegan truck festivals are also growing in popularity. I am licking  my lips with the idea about the delicious tasty food there.
Behind Nic the "On the Road" gacha items from Serenity Style at Man Cave. You can see the mobile bar ( the Rare) , the cooler, the bunting, crunchies, the counter ( i filled it with beer and beer mugs from Nic's inventory), the red chairs and the cola crate

First of all happy Easter to you all. I am happy that i managed to make an Easter blog post today. I am so distracted the last days in rl because of sitting in the sun. Also the what's app can take your time. Helping others in sl with new things too. And so there are thousands of little things, that took my attention away from blogging. May be i am a bit behind with my blog work.
I need blog about the new Sense event for example. And i want show you more free items. I will do my best i promise.
And why butterflies and bunnies? You can see Nic's cute bunny companions near her on the chair on the terrace. And all around in the air are butterflies. Is Nic feeling butterflies may be also in her belly like a teenager? Or is she the sexy Easter bunny today in her yellow dress?

It will all be so tasty when you are here. Nic in her November living room with brown and warm colors. She is wearing a warm colored dress from :::UNA::: for a hot evening.
The dress is a release for the Vanity Event. (starts November 4th) You can buy separate colors. In the fatpack are more colors.

The November living room is made with items from two different sets from unKindness: the uK  Benvenuto Full Set at Uber and the uk - Tuscany Winery Fireplace Set at FaMESHed.
In the Benvenuto set are: two sort of weave baskets, the console table, the marble planter on the fireplace and the diamond mirrors. There are some more things in the set not shown here.
In the Tuscany set are: the fireplace with wine ( also available without wine), the green table lamps, the wall art ( like a square mirror), the marble wall table in the corner and single wine bottles, the round rug under the round table.
Also some items from the Fifty Linden Friday you can see. The gorgeous sofa ( with many animations/ also adult animations) from Consignment and the spiral topiaries from hive //. In the hive// shop near the FLF items i also bought the dainty flower hanging lights ( see above the sofa) and the dainty drum table ( in light wood). So be aware those are not FLF items!

something to keep me warm

Something to keep me warm.. that is ofcourse love. But here in the narrow super cute winter street at Senses it is also something else. The movements of her new animation overrider are keeping Nic warm. In the beginning of my sl period i learned from someone how to fill an empty animation overrider with animations, that i bought. Filling and changing the notecard in the animation overrider etc. And yesterday i did this again, after longtime, with bento animations from Oracul Animation. The shop is already long time in sl and the animations aren't expensive at all. The result is so cute. Some poses you can see on the pictures.
Nic is wearing a skinny jeans and a sweater from the lucky boards at Cynful. I love street wear looks, so i was happy to see there these clothes and more. Go have a look and try your luck. The sweater has also a duo color in the hud. The  wedges i got from a lucky board at Lotus. Thanks to Love Trill ( may be you know her from the Fabulous Free group in sl) because she offered me a teleport to the shop, when my letter was at the board. I was too late then, but today i got the shoes.

yeah a concert in Amsterdam

Yeah a concert in Amsterdam. First she will be a tourist in her own country. Shades needed or not ?
Seems to be a day like many days in Holland. Sun, clouds and rain. You get all on one day. So take your shades and that umbrella and your rain boots with you too. No-one will  be surprised when you walk in that strange outfit, because you can wear everything  what you want and like in Amsterdam. See Nic's rainy day outfit on the picture below. The purple look is made with the Valentines groupgift from Tres Blah.  I am happy i still was in that group. But group join is worthwhile, because there are also other old gifts. The dress has a good color hud. The satin is perfect. Shoes from #Empire and hair from Lamb are from an old Luxe Box. You can still go to the Luxe Box boutique and buy  old Luxe Boxes (see post from Tuesday for info). Poses are from Le Poppycock ( *Live Free*) and Salacity (picture 3 and 2). The poses from Salacity are in the shades. I dragged the shades elsewhere because i am in love with these eyes from Nic. Heart shades are also good for a vintage style. For example with a vintage bath suit.

The eyes i saw on  the vendor from the LAQ Valentines gift, a skin for LAQ ( only several days free, after that normal prize!!!!). The eyes are system eyes from Ikon. With the use of an alpha from the first released LeLutka Simone bento head versions, it is possible to use system eyes. And these are so fresh  and gorgeous!

Today i also learned to color a tintable hairbase that i had from Unorthodox. You have a button "Tint Layers" on the right side of your LeLutka hud. Open it and take for the tintable hairbase from another shop the TATTOO layer. When you choose the hairbase layer, you can give the hairbase from LeLutka another color. May be sharing this with you, can help some of you.

I am happy with the rainy look from Nic, because then i can show you the Valentines gift from ISON, the red dress with hearts and a good pantie. Love it.The boots are a gift from Neve at the Shop Your Heart Out Event.

She is dressed to impress with her stretch dress, handbag and stole from Ryvolter. Her hair from fiore is ready. The items ( and much more items) are in grab bags from the Vive9 group, gifts for New Year. Amazing .. so many nice hairs and clothes and even a skybox are in those bags. Not the skybox that Nic is sitting in. This snowy skybox is from hive// ( only 18 land impact). A super skybox in my opinion.
On the balcony are the foxes from JIAN and the robins from MishMish. Showed them before on the blog. I think they are hungry. The bed is a new release from Salacity, ofcourse with nice poses for adult and pg. Available at the XXX event. Love the messy version of the duvet. Several colors are in the hud for the duvet, the pillows, sheet and skirt of the bed.
From unKindness are the mirror with lamps, the tables with photo frames ( you can add your own picture there), the cacti and cake stand. All are from the golden hall set at FaMESHed.
On the ground a fur rug from Dysfunctionality, the Fifty Linden Friday item  from this weekend. Several furry textures are in the hud.

Warm up with me in this new rustic ski lodge bed from Salacity after a cold day outside. Tjip and Nic in the hunter's retreat. Good place to be as you can see. The bed has solo and couple animations. You can change the color of the bedframe, the pillows and the bed cover. The menu will work when you sit on the bed and click the bed.
Nic is wearing a part of the gift from Clef the Peau, the dress. Also stylish pants included. The gift comes with a color hud. Group join is free now at Clef de Peau. Also Tjip went to Clef de Peau and got the joggers pants and a long shirt. The cute heels are a gift for Chirstmas at CandyDoll. Because of the good hud with many colors you can wear the heels also on normal days.

it's friday and it's a happy friday

It's a good friday in rl with sweet app's and a good day to relax day. In sl Fifty Linden Friday. I am a fan of FLF. This friday i took 3 items. The hammock and the egg chair from Consignment and the sneakers from Miel. Good old Miel.. in the beginning of my SL time it was a shop that i loved. The sneakers have two huds. One for the color and one for the letters. Nic wears her name letters NL. Those are the letters of my country too, the Netherlands.
Consignment designs are also always super. Loved this hammock already before and now just 50ld! The hammock and chair have nice animations and lights.
I hope you are in the Addams group and went to the shop to get the coupons at two days around Halloween. You get discount with the coupons. The coupons are valid till 15th of november. I bought the varsity jacket and the turtleneck top with the coupons. Nic's black leather pants are from the lucky chair at Just 4 Fun. Thanks to Laura for the tp.

Hey there let me in please. No place at the camping ..she needs a Hotel but the fence is closed.

What is your most beloved dress from your inventory? What is the one you always wear when you want a feel good moment? This is mine.I showed the dress already on this blog long time ago. Why then again on the blog you may think. Well is because i was relaxing in sl and wandered everywhere with Nic in her most beloved dress. I took the new groupgift from PurpleMoon, but wasn't in the mood to wear the, in my opinion, vintage styled  dress. But i loved to wear the necklace and the bento gloves from that present. Then i bought this hair at Fabia and started just for fun  some picture making. Typed black and white in search of my inventory and found this clutch from Bens Beauty . Finally i thought why not place this on the blog with the question to you: "what is your most beloved inventory outfit?"

Sometimes i write a word in search of my inventory and then i find things that i didn't even know i had them. Typed for example "nude"and to my surprise i found a beautiful dress from ISON ( once a gift for a Seraphim birthday) and a dress from tres blah ( an old lucky board item from june 2016). It's fun to do. So when you are a big shopper and have a massive inventory try this and let yourself be surprised. So that will be the free item from this blog post >>>grins.

In this dress and near this car Nic does remind me of the Great Gatsby. But she is just shopping with her dogs.
The dress is from Dead Dollz from the gacha at The Arcade. 75ld each play. But there are many at Marketplace and i got this one much cheaper there. Nic's shoes are in the Women Only Hunt at Essenz. Comes in 3 colors. Search a coconut.

Just a short description about what you can see on the pictures because i am following the results of the elections in my country. And i am happy with the result. Proud about the democracy..many people went to vote. But the best thing is, that the result is showing, that we believe in an open society. We voted against populism. I recognize the open mind and broad view of our country, that we always had. I am happy it's still alive. It's not just nationalism that rules but the feeling that humans are all connected and part of one world.
Nic is standing in her urban farmer outfit in front of a door nook, that i placed outside with a bench, table, plants and chandeliers, all from Ariskea&unKindness. Available at Collabor88. a good day starts with coffee and you (gifts and Fifty Linden Friday)

 

Hello followers of my blog. Today a decoration day again. I decorated my back yard retreat ( from *Funky*Junkie*, now used as beach home ( see below). In it from this friday's FLF are the blue chairs from Consignment. Behind Nic on the first picture you see a mail sorter from Serenity Style, a gift because of the new environment of the Serenity Style shop and the Shutter Field shop. The gift is out till sunday.
On the third picture you see a part of the beach dresser, a gift at Zen Creations. The vintage radio is also from that set.
From two hunts at Dreamscapes Art Gallery are: The love ladder, the pink boxes, the vintage love frames. Look around in the shop and find a rose and a cupid bow.
The blue dresser with the blue lamps is a new release from Mistique. A nice one for a beach sphere.
The cute box with the cats is also new at Mistique. The pouf used as table is from Warm animations ( old Midnight Madness item). The delicious cake is from Aisling from Nic's inventory. May be available in the shop ( no time to check, sorry)

Nic is wearing a dress from AdoreZ, a gift at The Hipster Fair. The dres is named black dress, but you get this one with the flowers. The jewelry is from Nord Embel'Lys  (Pierres de Naissance Set / birth stones set) for every month is another color stone in the hud. Nic's lipstick is new from Dulce Secrets (applier  for Omega and LeLutka ). Always happy to see omega appliers because i can use the make-up for my LeLutka Bento head. Please designers make as much as you can omega appliers for make -up. ))

a surprise for her

No this surprise is not for Laura.  I know she don't like scooters. Told you already.... but for Dancer i think it's ok. Tjip is waiting for her to come. Finally he called her. And you can see she likes the present. It was a bit slippery and she needs some driving lessons, i saw.

Tjip is wearing a new release for The Mens Dept. Relaxed trousers and knit and sewn sweater. Many colors available. I choosed someting to match with the colors from Dancer.

The scooter is from the Epiphany gatcha event. The rare one has a side car. It's a pity i didn't get that one.
