beach wear finally

Creating a bikini post as the weater is cold in rl, no way. Gives me shivers. But now finally the weater is warm and sunny in rl and there we go a photoshoot from beachwear. It is a special bikini from Paisley Daisy with those fringes on the last pictures. Reminds me a bit of Hawaiian skirts. But Joeylin made it stylish with this Dior inspired colors. You can get the bikini also in other colors.
The beach wear summer top on the first pictures is from Cake at the Acid Lily Fashion Gallery. Where all is under 70ld. Under it a hawaiian bikini from Fandango from my inventory. That shop is gone.
Nic wears hair from Wasabi Pills from the Arcade Gatcha event. First got the flaming cherry one and then the gingerbread RARE. Just 50ld for each try. You can choose for large and normal boobs. Show you both on the pictures.

in a greenhouse

Ofcourse i had to add these gorgeous dresses to the blog although many already  have blogged them. But i want be fairly complete concerning beautiful free presents that you can get in sl. The jacket below i didn't see often on the blogs yet. For the pictures i came in this greenhouse by accident. I was first scared for the roman men ( 4th picture). But they just looked and didn't speak. So i could do my photo shoot without shyness.
The white gown is realy marvelous. Well we know Poulet Koenkamp from PurpleMoon is a star in designing beautiful gowns. The red dress also attracted my attention. It is from POE hunt at Sascha's Design's. Also a great gown designer. I love the glittery top of the gown as well as the warm red color.
Then about the jacket below. The color is realy an eye catcher. And the jacket  gives me a chinese or japanese kimono impression. I think because of the length of the coat. Nic wears the necklace from WTG, a groupgift at the moment. There are also nice earrings in the lucky boards at WTG now.

indian summer

Indian summer colors on the background. Nic wears sunny accessories in combination with this sweet set from Cake. Love that cute denim vest. The necklace with the clock is from the fairest of them all hunt (FOTA hunt). The yellow necklace and earrings and bracelet are part of a groupgift from JKTrends. In the package is also a blue tulip dress.
And i am thrilled about this new hair from Truth.

pink, purple and green

Love this combination from pink, purple and green colors. The skirt is very elegant. It is the tail  skirt "sweet garden" from LeRazz. A soundsation club exclusive for just 50ld. Don't know how long it will be there. But it is just out there. The pink "too narrow" shirt is so cute. Love the good details. Nic wears a 1 dollarskin from a full avatar package at marketplace. I used also the eyes from the package. I choosed it because of the pink lipstick and the green/pink eyes and eyeshadow. Perfect fit with the clothings. The purple ballet shoes makes the picture complete. It is from the forget me not hunt. There are also clothings in the package.
And the bag from yesterday is also a good match with all this.

Titanic 3, experience it like never before in sl

As you may be already know: James Cameron ( from the movie Avatar) will release this year the 3d version of the movie " The Titanic". We proudly present the official poster of the second life version of " the Titanic". Starring: Tjip Merlin and Nicandra Laval. The Royal Couple of the movie in royal purple.

After searching and searching for the exact colour "royal purple" i ended up with these two different purples for this post. Hope one of them is the good one. I saw so much purple tones ( see earlier posts). When i saw this colourful jacket for tjip i immediately loved it. For Nicandra i found a sexy dress from Sassy in the Violet Mafia shop, near Sassy. I combined it with the silver outfit from Redgrave from my inventory (from womens stuff hunt/ still there in the shop). Nicandra wears her crown necklace for the royal touch. Nic's chucks are the well known Pornstars from Urban Bomb with many colour options and texture possibilities. So the actors wear casual stuff from this time.

Lace

It is all about lace ( may be because of the royal wedding in England :) ? ) I show you the dress i got from lucky board. It has nice stockings too. My lace cardigan from Coco combines sweet. The boots make the combination not as sweet as sugar. At least that is my opinion.

Babysitting houses

My friend Dido is on a three week during vacation, travelling through Spain with her car. Every now and then she keeps me up to date about the beautiful places, buildings and culture she has seen and the hotels and b&b's she has stayed in. Not too mention the great food and wines that is served everywhere. I can't say I'm not jealous! But I'm a good friend and in the mean time I can babysit her house (read: act like its my own...).



Really Dido, I didn't mess with those pillows, their all still in the same place. :P

I was in the mood for a simple outfit so I put on Michami's Ebba tank in purple. Together with some capri's from Aoharu I felt all summery and relaxed. (Gosh my brains are so mushy after this last exam week.) Ready for summerholiday!



Of course I had to wear one of my newest Maitreya hairs. I absolutely love these hairstyles, they are so perfect for my mood. A bit messy, but understatedly sexy. I know Dido would look gorgeous in these hairs as well, but sadly, the poor girl won't be able to login to SL for a week and a half... :) Yes justice after all!

Beauty Avatar skin gift

Beauty Avatar released their new collection called "Estate" today and with that gave out a group gift. The gift contains two female skins, Delia and Cristine, of which I'm wearing the Delia skin. I really like the lips and the smoothness of the skin. Also the eyebrows are very well done. I'm not liking the eyeshadow much tho... its a bit too much and makes me look a bit mad imho. :)

The hair I'm wearing is one of Truth latest releases. I really love the flowiness of the hair and the way the bangs fall around my face. I think Truth is one of the few hairdesigners that doesnt only deliver a nice structure hair, but also pays a lot of attention to the way the hair should be surrounding your face. I'm really liking this style.

The shrug I'm wearing is by MG Fashion. I always love the way she combines her sculpties with her clothing and the balloned sleeves on this is a little example of that. I paired it with capri pants from the Pippa outfit from MichaMi and the top and belt I'm wearing are also parts from outfits, this time from Armidi. To ad a little bit more pink I stuck my little toes in an old Maitreya group gift, pumps that you get in tons of colors to fit almost every outfit.

Last but not least I'd like to point out the lovely Teardrop earrings and necklace I'm wearing, a gift from Aluinn a while ago and the great prim nails from PM. These have a colormenu so you can get them to match almost every outfit! I cannot imagine my sl without prim nails (or lashes). :)

Wearing dresses :)

So I set myself a little challenge today which I think most girls would be surprised it's a challenge at all. I had to find a dress to blog and it couldnt be black. This is hard for me since I rarely wear dresses in SL... sometimes a skirt, but mostly jeans or slacks.

I eventually came up with this Bijou dress I have had in my inventory for a while. Bijou always releases some of the most creative items on the grid. Apart from the nice design and great textures this dress also comes with a few options. The belt you get in gold ánd silver and you can wear it with or without sleeves. I also put in a little picture of the dress wíth sleeves.

Next item is this Rockberry skin, which I think looks extremely good with this dress. Its the Uma skin line and it definitely needed a little close up. The lips on this skin are gorgeous and full and the eyeshadow is just perfect to me... not too much. The creator, Heather Bebee, keeps perfecting and improving her skins and I love each new release a little more, including her Uma skin line.

I caught myself halfway thinking: hey this would look good with jeans... But I could restrict myself and pair it up with Armidi Metallic Tights in Gold. Then to finish it off I wore my all time favorite Stiletto Moody Gladiator Boots, which cost me an arm and a leg. These boots are simply stunning, but I chose to only wear the sandal part, not the whole boot.

I've had a lot of fun picking this outfit together and in the end I feel very comfy in it :) I hope you all like it!
