a little story

Here you see some pictures that i took at the new years feast in Tirol. But see what happened. Soraya's Ingo didn't come. See her sitting in thoughts. But then tjip came and he brightened up Soraya's evening. And as you can see they both liked it very much. Did they kiss? Tsss tss tsss!!! What will Ingo say! Has tjip a problem with his friend now? We will see.
Already a week before this feast Soraya was nervous. What could she wear? Nervous like women can be in real life for such an event..
The result is beautiful. She wears the Chrysalis dress that she showed before on the blog at christmas, but then in red. She was very glad with her lip make-up. I will ask her the link as well as the link for the jewelry. I will add it later.

we wish you a Happy Christmas

We wish you all a very Happy Christmas. For this occasion Soraya and Nic are dressed in gowns. And we both were thrilled to go like this and make the pictures for you. Hope you like them. Soraya wears a gown from Chrysalis. Nic wears a gown from Paisley Daisy. Watch the backpart of the gown from Soraya and her naughty front part ;). Nic's dress has a very nice texture and the collar is so feminine. It is a Versace inspired dress. Soraya used jewelry from her inventory from milady. The jewelry from Nic is from Vendome jewelry.
I love the elegance from both gowns. We are ready for a big Christmas feast

in her magic nook

Well not all is from Magic Nook, but a lot. The clutch from Magic Nook for the Dressing Room Fusion,  i showed in purple in the post before this one ( i recolored one of the clutches). But this one in peach is the normal color in the packet. The salmon scarf and the paris necklace and the cameo ring are all from Magic Nook. My Jane Peggy shoes with straps pumps from fri. in spice  combine very well. The golden dress is the chrysalis groupgift from these days. Just three days in the shop. (Started yesterday). The gown you can save for christmas time. So festive.
Gold and peach an unexpected combination but i can't get my eyes of it. The golden bracelets i showed before here.

Too late for the gift at Chrysalis... .. sigh. The gifts there are always just 3 days there to grab. But... it was worthwhile to go there because the discount part of the shop (all under 80ld , go upstairs near the landingspoint) has beautiful things. This gorgeous gown in royal blue reminded me of the royal gown from our queen Maxima at the day her husband became king. What is the history of royal blue? King George 3rd (1760 to 1820) challenged clothiers nationwide to produce a colour suitable for use by Royalty. Scutts Bridge mill  in Rode, where cloth for the royal liveries was already being made, produced the winning colour.  It was a very rich blue, which became known as 'The Royal Blue'.  It was selected for a robe for Queen Charlotte and King William 4th (1830 to 1837) gave a certificate authorising its sale by that name.
With a royal gown goes a huge hat. This one is from Xen's hats. Also good for summer at the beach.

Some places in sl have rules like this: the Ballroom is modest formal attire only! Tea length dress or longer for women, suit/formal medieval attire for men. Nic can go there in her formal gown in this  pink groupgift from Chrysalis. The dress is just 3 days in the shop. I got the message on sunday. So hurry up when you like pink and want go to a ballroom for dancing tonight. You can feel beautiful without spending money. See how beautiful the foulard is. When your man walks behind you he can see your lovely back and foulard. Very feminine i think. On top on the shoulder the foulard has flowers. The dress comes with a crown and a silver flower for on your chest. I used the silver flower a little bit different. I attached it to my simple diamond necklace from Caroline's Jewelry. Nic wears short hair from Dura so she can show the shoulder flowers better.

On the starry stairway near the ballroom place in the night she feels like a principessa (italian for a princess).

And then a casual dress in pink. don't wear this in places with a strict formal dress code. It is a gift from Blueberry store. You can find it when you join the liberty city news group. Go to info and notices and there you can find the knitted mesh dress that Nic shows you below.

The dress comes with a black belt , but i used a silver belt from my inventory from Gabriël because i wanted wear the dress with the silver pants from Coco.
