The rythm of life can be with ups and downs. Even small mood changes can  disturb your balance. Just listen to your heartbeat and you know or can feel what you are going through. I was thinking about this when i was making the pictures with Nic at the grande piano with the metronome. You can influence your heartbeat like you can influence your piano play using the metronome. Our metronome in the body is may be our breathing. You can slow down yourself  by paying attention to your breath. Yes i know it's a meditation technique. Very helpful to get yourself relaxed again.

Nic is wearing a dress, shoes, jacket and pantie from the gacha from amias at Shiny Shabby. I love this special lace version There are 3 Rare dresses (sheer, lace and solid) they come with a color hud. Also a Rare is the jacket (with color hud). Nic is wearing a new skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins a release at Sense Event. Nic is showing you the version with freckles. For the body freckles i used the omega hud from Izzie's. Nic's hair is the hair Lara from Besom, from last weeks Fifty Linden Friday.
