With the sledge to the sauna in the snow. Playing is fun. Deer headbands on their heads. Funny backpacks for the drinks. And there they go. Dressed warm for outside in the snow.

For José i found the warm jacket with shirt and shoes as a promo fat pack at Marketplace. So you can wear this in your favorite colors. The deer head band is a gift in the Advent calendar at Yasum, day day 18, all past days still available.
From the Sense event Nic is i showing you: her dress, the deers in the snow with lights with trees with lights, the other trees and i used some icebergs in the landscape.
Shop& Hop, the big holiday Linden event at six sims is running at the moment. All stands have gifts for you. It  is a lot of work to gather all, but i can recommend to go because the presents have a very good quality. The backpack, Nic's hair, the vintage snowman, the present with the angry grouchy cat, the red Christmas tree and the tumbler are from the Shop & Hop event.
The sledge and the sauna are from Chez Moi. The Sauna ( Adult) has many animations. You can choose 3 sorts of density of the steam. The cabin is available with and without snow.

Fashion fades, style is eternal ( Yves Saint Laurent). Nic is showing you fashion in this blog post. The style from this Blazer is so classic that it can nearly be said it has eternal style. That is not of course the meaning of what Yves Saint Laurent said. He means your inner style. And the way some style icons in history did wear their fashion. Well may be you can practice your style with this classic blazer.
It can be worn as blazer, but also as a blazer dress. That is why Nic is showing you two ways of wearing.
She did a city trip this Saturday. Bought tulips (still longing for spring) and well hmmm she found enough as you can see on her scooter.

All that delicious food! Where are her good intentions? She was training but now the temptation is too big. Or is she going to eat because she is missing him and feeling  lonely. Filling the emotional emptiness with food? Don't do that girl! Keep up going to do the good things. You sure will see him soon. Alright then.. just those delicious blueberry pancakes with syrup! And then back to your fitness schedule and go run with those dogs.

white morning

Before i went to my work..i logged in in second life and went with Nic and tjip to the sim Intro. Made very fast some pictures. Had just 10 minutes. Then thought:" this evening i go back with more ideas", but the sim i can't enter this evening. So you have to do it with these ones. I liked the surroundings there it was as if they stood in a black/white grey painting. Just the first picture the close up is made this evening.

oh could dreams come true

Although i made a sweet post, this is a sad day for my country and many other countries. The dead bodies from the airplane crash in Ukrain arrived today in Holland. This is a national day of mourning for us.
Oh could dreams come true ....then i wish  no war in this world and all the people reunited with their beloved ones. No one needs to flee from their country. No one has fear for violence or bombs like in the middle east. No one is hungry .. no one has pain from illness. But... we only can dream about this.
May be we can help and work together instead of fight. I pray for it.

Nic shows two gifts from the Dreamers Factory. The necklace with a star in a cave ( how fitting to my subject) and the cloudy horse clutch. The necklace is from Tokame and the clutch from off beat. You can find them near the bed at the entrance. I bought the top from Milk Motion with an embroidery on it but the hair is hanging over it. Sorry! You can choose bad or nice words.
At my Attic Nic bought the jeans shorts.  The shoes are from Bens Beauty a groupgift. Sunglasses from BSD.
The hair is the gift from Exile at the Hair Fair 2014. You get 4 colors. All with the soft rainbow part.

walking on sunshine

Nic is in happy mood. It feels as if she is walking on sunshine. She loves this combination. The skirt is from the discount at Milk Motion. The top is a new groupgift at Coco. I think she released it 11 may. You get the top in black and grey. I love loose tops. I used some poses from !bang from the minis serie Fresh. Found them at The Liaison Collaborative.Theme is fresh. siesta

After a long siesta Nic is ready for shopping again. First a grande taco and she feels as reborn. A last glance through the window of the shop where she sat and there she goes again on her furniture shopping tour.. This look is what i think Soraya will like. She likes the gucci bag from U.one. She likes the bag from Milk Motion at the dressing room fusion. And a surprise for Soraya is the top  with a sort of burberry texture. I know she loves burberry textures. The hair is from Elika. I love the back side of the hair. And isn't the necklace cute? It is a group gift from some time ago from Sweet Leonard.

healthy avocado mask

Juicy stuff! How can we use the healthy avocado on our skin and hair? It’s easier than you think. I love using food on my face.

1. Buy an avocado (preferably organic, stay away from the pesticide infused stuff)
2. Slice it lengthwise, gently pull apart, and scoop out the flesh inside.
3. Mash in a bowl until you have a creamy consistency.
4. Apply the avocado to a cleansed face (I also like to use scrub prior to doing a mask) and all through your scalp and hair. Longer hair may require another avocado.
5. Leave on for 15 minutes. It will start to feel a bit itchy, that’s normal!
6. Get in the shower and rinse. It might take two shampoos to get all the green stuff out of your hair.
7. Come out of the shower with glowing skin and hair softer than a baby’s bottom.

What exactly does avocado do to the skin and hair? Here you go:

Imparts nourishing oils, but does not make the hair or skin “oily”

Adds shine

Repairs pollution and sun damage

Stimulates hair growth

Penetrates skin with powerful moisture

Boosts collagen (wrinkle fighter!) and cell growth

Nic enjoys her stay in one of the houses of her sl neighbour Brevet Benoir. He was so kind to give me rights to rezz objects and have access to make pictures. I used his location some time ago for making pictures of a beauty day. If you want rent such a home teleport here to the office.

And again a beauty day as you can see. Nic is pampering herself with an avocado mask. And she gets cool eyes with the cucumbers. Brushing her teeths while taking a shower to be fast. Ready to relax in the sun near the pool. With the rest of the fruit and a cool drink.

Walking in Paris. Asking myself shall i take the metro or that tram. Hmm with my high heeled boots i can't walk fast. No problem because i enjoy my new bags and clothings and the surroundings.

I am totally thrilled, because i discovered that in the Milk Motion shop is a teleport door to all old Fifty Linden Friday items. SUPER!!! I missed some of them ....so it is a great opportunity to catch them now. The sweater and the legging are old FLF items. Watch the shoulder from that cashmere sweater. It has golden dots like jewels.

The small bag is from the Gatcha event ( see other post from this day). The big bag is from sl marketplace. The stole is a Xmas gift from Aoharu. And runnnnn it is still there. I checked it today. My boots are a groupgift from N-Core.

Mina at hair fair

I've blogged Mina's hair a few times before, but she really outdid herself with her new hair fair releases. Four releases in total of which I was quite impressed with Kezia, a weaved hairstyle. I'm aware its not for everybody, it's also a little out of my normal comfort zone, but I'm loving the craftmanship. I choose a skin which is caucasian looking to me, because I thought it would be too easy to go for a dark girl look. Also it reminded me of Bo Derek, but well, I could never match such beauty :)

I'm loving my look today, the oversized blazer is perfectly comfy and stylishlooking. The pants are a new release from the Plastik and are perfectly fitting. They come in a ton of options and colors and patterns as usual with Plastik releases...



The shoes were a free gift for the opening of the Truth sim I believe, but I could've picked them up somewhere else. Anyway, they are gorgeousness from Nardcotix and I'm so loving the details on the back of the heel. Little things like that make an outfit exciting and interesting.
