Last part of the houseboat. See the outside here. This is the place to watch tv and do gaming. It's the heart of the houseboat. Behind the tv centre there is a small space for kitchen or shower. It's still a mess after the game friends left. Left-overs everywhere. No time to eat when you love gaming.

From the boys room set from Dench Design you can see: a desk (far behind José), the rug, tv centre, chair, dart board. The coffee table is from Stormy Designs. The blue love seat is from EC Designs. The table near the window is the hunt item from MoYne. You need find the prim logo from the event. These things all you can find at the RFL Home& Garden Expo.
The cute lip love couch from CHEZ Moi is stil two days available at the Cosmopolitans Sales Room. Comes with a color hud. After that of course in the main shop.

The new round of SENSE is open. From that round Nic is wearing the boat neck dress ( how fitting for a houseboat i think) from [KH]. Comes with a hud for several colors. Let wishes come true.
A fairy like environment to show a gown that you also can use in a normal situation doing ballroom dancing for example. The gown is a release from Mistique in the main shop. This purple blue color gives it a royal touch. The wings are from the upcoming Look event (opens January 27th). So this is a preview. The wings are from a pose set of Black Cats Poses, called Fairy Dreams. The poses come with a mushroom to sit or stand on. But you can use them of course in other situation, like i did.
Nic's skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins is available at the eBento Event. She is wearing skin tone pineapple. Nic's shoes are relatively new shoes from Mosquito's Way. They come with an ankle sock. In the hud many colors for all parts of the shoes and for the socks.

Nic is showing you the Gallinules ( marsh birds) from TLC Animals at Cosmopolitan Sales Room. The event is running till January 25th, after that you can find them in the main shop. The set contains the marsh birds and lilies in several colors.The birds are animated. No pond included. I used a pond from TLC, the goldfish pond. I unlinked that pond and did build with the pieces this pond. I hope you like the result.

With the sledge to the sauna in the snow. Playing is fun. Deer headbands on their heads. Funny backpacks for the drinks. And there they go. Dressed warm for outside in the snow.

For José i found the warm jacket with shirt and shoes as a promo fat pack at Marketplace. So you can wear this in your favorite colors. The deer head band is a gift in the Advent calendar at Yasum, day day 18, all past days still available.
From the Sense event Nic is i showing you: her dress, the deers in the snow with lights with trees with lights, the other trees and i used some icebergs in the landscape.
Shop& Hop, the big holiday Linden event at six sims is running at the moment. All stands have gifts for you. It  is a lot of work to gather all, but i can recommend to go because the presents have a very good quality. The backpack, Nic's hair, the vintage snowman, the present with the angry grouchy cat, the red Christmas tree and the tumbler are from the Shop & Hop event.
The sledge and the sauna are from Chez Moi. The Sauna ( Adult) has many animations. You can choose 3 sorts of density of the steam. The cabin is available with and without snow.
With the Sign you can rezz a sledge for two. Available at the Cosmopolitans Sales Room.

Again a bedroom? Yes ... I made a sunny bedroom today with the SUPER Mandala bedroom set of CHEZ MOI ( Bed LI 10). Nic is enjoying her coffee moment, using the animations of the round Mandala pouf. I recolored the pouf. She is also doing her hair near the mirror ( with one of the adorable animations of that mirror/even couple animations such as zipping her dress or fixing his tie are in it!) and moisturizing herself on the bed, using one of the single female animations. Super are the *Lovesleep* animations: several animations, while you are laying under the bed cover. So fun and cute!!! Massage animations and much more adult animations are also in the bed. I love the woolen rugs from this set. The texture is gorgeous. Come with a color hud. The candles are also in the set.

Sitting in the hazy sunshine at the beach. Also a bit drizzle rain so now and then. She was alone on the pictures, but not on the beach. There was someone back home and in sl. It was worth the waiting. However in rl i am not feeling very well, so i decided to take some rest. Some blog posts i will do, but some designers i asked permission to blog in about two weeks. It will give me some space to slow down.

You can buy a PG or Adult version. Choose a rustic or driftwood color. I love driftwood and beaches.

Before i go in rl to enjoy some last hot summer days a quick blog post for you. I fear that autumn will come soon. Although autumn can be beautiful too, saying goodbye to summer is making a bit sad. Sad may be also because good friends are not in sl these days. The ice creams are delicious, but they don't compensate her sad mood.
Noooooo... haha it's just my story. I am feeling well and glad with the sponsors that i have. See for example this beautiful ice cream car from CHEZ MOI and the beautiful clothes and skin, that i got from sponsors too.
However with sadness i have to tell you that MADRAS stopped on blog-o-tex ( the system for designers and bloggers). Just 5 bloggers will be blogging for MADRAS now. I am not one of those 5 of course. But i am grateful that i could be long time a blogger for MADRAS. Thanks you very much Karthikeyan for all what you gave to me. You are a wonderful designer. I will follow your new releases and will buy them to show here, if i can afford it.
Another disappointment i had yesterday. I heard that the Boardwalk event is closed for good. Such a pity. The event was running well, but for the organizers it was too much work, if i understood well.

Now away with the sad things and concentrate on the good ones.

joy and pleasure is a state of the mind

Yesterday i listened to a talk of Steven Grant in sl at the Bhoddicitta Zendo at the sim Hikaru. The topic was feeling incomplete. It was an interesting speech, like the other speeches that i heard from him.
What does it feel like when I believe I lack something? How does my body feel when I need someone or something to complete me? Our mind influences our feelings and the needs of our body too.
We can influence our feelings with our mind.

And it's obvious that Nic is influenced by a very positive mind today. She is grateful for the blessings in her life. Enjoying the good friends she has in sl and the pleasure and love she gets. Enjoying the special contacts she can have here with people from all over the world. It's such an amazing fantasy-and real world in sl. Real because all in sl is influenced by real persons.

Nic is standing on the balcony of a Mediterranean home from the gacha, named Sunny Lombardia,  from Elfico Penso (177 LI). You know may be the beautiflul Mediterranean manor and mansion from the gacha of 8f8. But this is also beautiful but different. This is a large sort of house and the walls inside are different. I placed two houses near each other at picture 3 so you can see more sides of the house. I placed the loggia at the balcony. The gacha has also a RARE Wine Cellar with curved ceiling and all sorts of wines for on the wall in the cellar. You can try the gacha at SENSE. On the picture you can also see the table and chairs, the grape plate, porcelain service, urn with flowers hanging and standing.
The barrels with cats from .:Tm:. Creation are  available at SENSE. The whole set is behind Nic on the balcony. You can unlink the set. Near Nic i placed a part of the set. The set has many animations.

The good things in life are the things you love.
In the pictures you can see some of the things Nic likes. Her patio with barbecue, delicious food and wine, the dogs, sunny days, a bath, a nice new dress and a nice choker, her fascination for the "mysterious and irrational" Pi and dreaming about all what she loves while sitting on her hanging seat.

You can find at the Sense event the dress of Ghee and the lipstick of Go makeup. Her choker of amias is available at the Belle event. Comes with a good color hud.
At the Boardwalk Event are the patio of Salacity, the lemon espaliers of Illusions of Grandeur and the furniture of Dench Designs: BBQ and Prep Table ( with accessories), rattan seats (with color hud) and  table with accessories, fountain  and the free outdoor lighting.
The shabby hanging seat (out at the Summer Meadow Event) and the sandstone rock bath (out at the Cosmopolitans Sales Room) are from DJ/SF. Both with many animations.

After a long flight arriving in the lobby of the hotel in warm India it will be so relaxed to get a welcome with tea. I remember this from journeys made in Asia. I created this corner with Nic to represent such a lounge hall. I got all these beautiful items from MADRAS. You  can get the items in the Ganapathy gacha at the Arcade and in the Elephant Corner Decor set at The Cosmopolitans Salesroom. The elephant tables you can buy separate in 3 different colors. Or as full set table with decor. The book, a tray with apples and the colorful rug (used on the wall) is also available in a separate set.The rug has a color changing menu for three colors.
The rug on the ground is from the gacha as well as the cute tea glasses and the pile of terracotta pots, the low table, the elephant candles and the food carriers.
In the decor two boxer dog puppies from the gacha of [Rezz Room] at Equal10 ( running till July 5th)

Nic is wearing a dress from Addams. Addams has the 5 years birthday. Because of that you get a 300 ld gift card as a group gift. Group join is just 19 ld. The shop has 50% off sale too. A great present from the shop with super quality clothes already several years. With all what you get you can easily buy Nic's dress and  the boots ( comes in low medium and high version!).

The sim where Nic will organize her BBQ is Whimberly. A beautiful sim. She is dressed  in a lovely dress with lace parts from Blueberry. Available at Uber at the moment. Comes in lace transparent and non transparent for several mesh bodies.You can wear the dress with and without the straps  It's one of my favorite dresses these days. In the fat pack are really cool textures but too expensive for me. It's a pity, but i am not complaining. Nic's skin is a 10 ld gift skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins at Jersey Shore, in skin tone pineapple. Nic's shoes are from Pure Poison at Marketplace. This weekend many shoes were 10ld. I was buying these right in time, because i discovered the shop owner was busy putting the normal prices back. Such a pity that i didn't know it was only for the weekend. Sorry girls. Nic 's hair is the Saturday's Sale item from .Olive. You get a fat pack for 75ld. A bit vintage style in my opinion. My intro may be to go do some shopping at the enormous Vintage Fair, that is running at the moment here.

Last days of the event/ ends June 15th). In the decor you can see super patio chairs of CHEZ MOI. Love the thick cushions. Gives a relaxed cosy feeling.

The pose on the first picture has the name "missing you". And although she could see you short time and although the place here is beautiful.. missing you is what she is feeling.
But lets talk about what Nic is showing in this blog post. She is wearing a new  :::UNA::: outfit. You can buy the shirt and skirt  of UNA at the new round of Bloom. The poses of Salacity on the first two pictures are available at the new round of the Pose Fair (running now). Nic is wearing hair from her inventory of Truth. The skin is the same as her skin from yesterday. But is in the Saturday sale now!!!!

In the decor a lovely tree house of DJ/SF, available at the Cosmopolitans Sales Room. On the platform i placed the cushions from dust bunny that i once bought as a Fifty Linden Friday item. There is also a version of the treehouse (V2) with pillows at CSR.
The retro outdoor set of Serenity Style ( the chairs and table) are out at the UniK Event. They come with several patterns and colors.
You can see  seagulls of [BMS], available at Boardwalk. Nic is showing several of them, not shown are tetra pods, a bollard, a bollard with seagull and break water pieces ( those are good for a harbor or coastline. Nic is however sitting at the Flamingo island from TLC ( the sand with the little rocks and waterfall and some plants). The flamingo's you can buy in a separate set. Click them for other colors.
The soft air balloon is from M.Law at Boardwalk.
Near the tree house is a shower of [NB]. There is a beach shower available, but i preferred to show you the patio shower.
Behind the tree house are animated  palms of Little Branch, available at Boardwalk.
The dog and cat are a small part of a nice bed from Chalupa Digs Design at Boardwalk. I will show that palette bed in another blog post.
The rocks with waterfalls are from unKindness from Nic's inventory. But of course available in the main shop
