Where are those guys that i saw on the blog from Darkyn Dover. They were standing here in the water. Nic sees them nowhere. Well sorry for you guys because you will miss this.
Nic is sexy in her  swimsuit isn't it? Cute and lovely she is in her short pants and the sweet lace top.  It can be burning hot here so she took her straw hat from her inventory from Prism.

fitness on the beach

Time for doing a bit fitness again. Doing this on the beach is super. It gives a kick. Nic  wears her new iconic beauty bangle from BSD Design studio. The top is from Pixel&prim. I showed already before on this blog the top in black from the cat hunt. This striped top comes with red home pants.
New is also the hair , the new groupgift at EMO-tions. The necklace is from my inventory from Sweet Leonard. There are so many colors in the colormenyu. So you can make it fit with all sorts of clothings.

Just got a notecard from Mandala, that good japanese jewelry shop at the Tempura sim. I love that sim and now i read that "TEMPURA ISLAND sim, the home of the owner of mandala, celebrated its fifth anniversary on May 25th.

Nic made a tour at the egoism sim. She checked the engines and then with a big smile she jumped in the zeppelin. Ofcourse enjoying her new top from the B&W Cat hunt at Prim &Pixel. You find the hunt item (tiny black cat) near the groupgift. Same top in sunny colors you get there as a groupgift. Both tops come with leisure frilly home pants.
The necklace is the new groupgift at Pure Poison. The group join is 30ld. It is worthwhile to join and pay that money, because Shaleene Kenin is very active at the moment. You get often nice gifts or there are hunts. And the quality is good of her products.
The bag is from DSB at the SL Fashion week. You get a version with and without pose.

let it snow

Brown colors in the snow. Nic wears new eyes from Poetic Colors. It is the Christmas gift that came out today. The hair is an advent gift from Alice project ( 5 colors in the package). Nic wears new booties from the Hunting for Winter hunt ( december 10th - Januari 7th).Search a little snowman. Hint: upstairs in the window. The shawl is from Prim&Pixel the POE5 ( Peace on Earth)  find the globe. In the packeage are also boots, pants and a sweater. The earrings are in the christmas gift from Tres Beau. make love not war

The Boho Culture Fair 2 is running at the moment. Ends 31 october. And because of that fair Nic shows you a boho look. She doesn't wear a longs skirt. But i like the soft purple skirt from BCC , a groupgift. The color matches good with the flowery blouse from Dew( 1dollar gift). The necklace with the peace sign from the hippy period and the ring are also gifts at the fair.

The shoes, wedges with flowers in purple are a good combination for this flower-power look. Prim&Pixel at Holiday Village has many gifts in the shoe part of the shop. Look around there. It is  easy to find. Boots also.

Then last but not least...the hair. Exactly that hair, long with a hairband is reminding me so of the Woodstock Festival, 3 days of peace and music. Hmmm i am becoming nostalgic now.

Forgot to tell about the badges. Anti atomkraft and the original tongue and lips logo from the Rolling Stones album Sticky Fingers, they are from this period. Felix the cat may be not, but he is cute. Badges on bags or on the band of a bag or on beanies ( mostly knitted) was a trend in those days. So i attached some. The bag you get without badges.

Death Becomes Her Hunt

Just as a little preface, I didn't do this whole hunt. My style really isn't that of neko/goth/emo etc. It looks nice on plenty of people, just is not my own personal style. The items I'm blogging are the ones I thought suited me as they were my style and this is my blog. I'm not normally a proponent of cherry picking on hunts, since I believe doing the whole hunt is the way to discover shops that you didn't know existed - therefore it gives you an introduction. However, I wanted the opportunity to show everyone that it's fun to dress outside the box sometimes so to speak. So in my opinion, better to show some then none. All that being said, if you want to do this hunt it's running until the 31st of the month, so still plenty time. You can read about the hunt here.
