I just used freckles from my inventory my lipgloss and eyelashes. The skin is delicate. It gives Nic a dreamy look. Nic wears the anniversary gift from coldLogic. endless summer

Nic enjoys life. Vacation on a boat in a beautiful harbour. Sun sea and a lovely small town. This top from The Endless Summer hunt is so sunny and tropical.The hunt is till 20july 2013. waiting for Eliza

Hi all, Eliza Quixote a sweet blogger, i happen to know because of the Color Challenge from last years, wants to make a post with me. She wants crawl under my skin and make a Nic of herself. This is what she explains about it: " I’ve decided that it will be good for me to get out of my own blog-mind once in awhile, so this year I am trying something new on my blog by spotlighting other bloggers that I know and love."
I am very honoured she choosed me as the second person. And now Nic is waiting and do'nt know what she wants to wear on that photoshoot. Getting nervous because in a few hours Eliza will come online. I am sitting a bit paralyzed on the bench. But ok a good moment to show that very very long hair, new as a groupgift at EMO-tions. And i wanted show you Nic's new boots from Coco and Nic jacket from Ydea.

Oh and then she was online and the shoot started. So no different clothings but just different hair. Pssst Eliza is such an hair addict!!!  First shoot at my home location..then in a new sim: 2304 Rain. And raining it was ..and LAGGY it was. It was kind of frustrating for me that i couldn't turn my camera  or put Nic on the right place.. but that sim is super beautiful. And Nic likes to travel so that was something Eliza understood very well. And that girl was so busy in the rain with her shoes!!!!

dressed

Spring is coming and we need dresses to wear right? ;)
Nic is home.. ordered by post some dresses ... then in front of the fireplace she was trying out all. ...and here she is now showing you her newest purchases. Hehe no it wasn't that easy.
For the first dress she stood waiting for the luckyboard at Maai. May be 18 outfit ( many dresses ) are in the lucky board overthere. Also for Valentines day a nice corset. This is a sort of retro dress.
The dress in nude is from Fameshed. Love this one very much. But you have to pay  for it. Nice combi with my pumps in nude. At Fameshed you also can buy nice high heels to go with this dress.... but hmmm expensive.
The striped dress is free, a groupgift at Fameshed. A sexy one in my opinion.
Then another sexy dress is the black one with straps. Nic bought it at Fi*Friday. A good discount shop. All just 55ld. The black dress reminds me of the bra's from a Dutch lingerie designer, Marlies Dekkers. She is internationally famous, pioneering. Her designs are worn by celebs around the world: She designs for lady Gaga for example. Google her name and you can see more. The collection undressed Dame the Paris is famous.
Next dress is a typical Valentines dress. It is a groupgift at Glitter ( Group join is 50ld).
In the dress with a hole on the side Nic is dancing. The dress is from NiNight Creations. Big Valentine's Day Sale - mostly RED ithems for 50L$ only at NiNight from February 10th to 15th!!!
Then!!A dress that i shouldn't dare to wear on the street because i am totally nude under it. But very sexy for at home. Ofcourse  this lace dress is from Joeylin, Paisley Daisy Design. Naughty Nic in this one. It is a groupgift.
And!!! Another gift was sended to me at the moment. Haha so the post worked this time. The anniversary freebie of coldLogic is this one. Comes in 2 colors. I am in the subscribe-o-matic. So that is why i got this dress.

Twisted Color Challenge week 4: Payne's Star

Payne's star is this color combination from the Twisted Color Challenge. I searched with google for the meaning of it but couldn't find. So i copied the color's to show you. In what Nic wears are the color's a bit harder. But i am happy with the result.
Let me tell you how i came to this combination. In the coldLogic shop i searched for the colors and saw a very good matching dress. The name is Vergara but i already have such a dress in watermelon. That one i showed before on the blog. So although i knew a very good matching dress, i decided not to use that one.
I also was in the shop for the top that Nic wears. Joeylin was wearing it and i immediately fell in love with that top. The back part is so cool and the loose fit around the arms is so sexy.

And now the cheating part of the story:
I bought the top in a cream and the skirt in white and then recoloured them. Yeah i am a cheater.  I knew how to recolor non-mesh items. Now i learned that it also is possible with mesh items. When you want to learn how to recolor mesh items, just write me in world and i will help you. I think for the designers it isn't bad what i am doing, because you have to buy their item first. So they don't loose customers. My Maitreya verve pumps in blue had exactly the right color.

Twisted Color Challenge week 3: Artsy Fields

Artsy Fields is the name of the two colors from this weeks Twisted Color Challenge. Is is a sort of red brown and a sort of creme that goes to a greyish green. Hmmm difficult but i hope that what i found is a bit near those colors. Nic wears a coat and a skirt from coldLogic. It is always nice when you buy something there. The bag is from Tulip. My boots are just 5ld on marketplace from Koko. Yesterday i showed you another pair. The legging is from Mimikri. And i wear again the groupgift hair with cap from Amacci because  the colors are in the cap.

And here is Nic with the cute glasses from Elate for fifty linden friday. Still there now.

fringe in feldgrau

Many parts of my outfit have fringe. Even my hair has a sphere of fringe. The idea to use much fringe was born when i was searching for clothings in feldgrau for the 52 weeks of ColorChallenge. Beside searching for the color challenge i also search freebies, dollarbies or good quality items, that are worth paying for, for the blog. Double challenge actually.
The fringe top in feldgrau is from the luckyboard at Snowpaws. The sale at coldlogic helped me to the next green item, my capri. My bag is from my inventory (old hunt item from the with love hunt from vive 9). Then Joeylin told me about a nice belt, groupgift from WTG group. And i was happily surprised, because the belt has fringe. Going to Deco because of the sale for shoes and boots ( all are just 50ld) i saw the seaside necklace.When you have a very close look you can see the threads of the necklace ( sort of fringe yeah?). The "fringy-like" beams of the sun on the bracelets complete it all ;). The bracelets are also in the groupgift from WTG.

For green and the name feldgrau = ( field gray) a wood or field would be the location for making pictures, but a sea necklace and wood? No that isn't okay. Beside this: i am such a sea and water lover. So what to do. Then i thought about my beloved sim, Tempura, there would be both water and wood. After landing there, i flew to the water side and landed on this nice spot. Not wood green or feld grau but so beautiful. So i immediately decided this is THE spot. And the pink of the environment brightens up the dark sphere of feld grau. So all the better, because fall colours and dark spheres will come soon, when fall arrives, but please not now already.

cooling down

Nic is cooling down. Not because of the hot weather in rl ( that is gone now) but because of her exitement. This dress, that she wears, she wanted to buy last week. But it was too expensive in her opinion. and guess what!!! Now it is sale at Coldlogic. And she got it for 50% of the normal prize. So she needed a fresh spray of water from her garden sprinkler.
